Launched at drupa 2024, the Tecnau Revolution 50 AutoSetup has already seen multiple installations worldwide, attracting strong interest for its advanced automation and touchless job changeover capabilities. The system can switch from 1-up to 4-up configurations without touch points, allowing Tradeprint to move between formats and applications without stopping production.
From bound book blocks and wiro booklets to leaflets and marketing materials in various formats, this level of automation supports high variability at speed. Running at up to 180 m/min, the fully automated finishing line handles trimming, cutting, and stacking, automatically adapting to different jobs through 2D data matrix recognition.
Supplied by Tecnauโs UK distributor Friedheim International, the solution is part of a ยฃ3m investment designed to bridge the gap between litho and SRA3 digital production.
