The modular approach of the TECNAU design allows the highest system efficiency and ensure cost effective maintenance. Tecnau machines, all CE and UL certified, are highly innovative, flexible, user friendly and low cost maintenance. Support includes: Maintenance and service contracts, Training, Field support, Spare-parts ordering, Machines documentation and Hotline technical support. Support for maintenance and service are generally provided by:
- by the distributors and printer vendors around the world;
- directly by Tecnau or through a daily (working hour) hot-line service for resolution of technical problems that cannot be solved by the on site level support.
Training
Tecnau offers, to distributors and clients, high quality training courses at Tecnau’s factory site or at customer’s site. Training allows the customers to develop a self-maintenance program, to save money and reduce response time. Our experienced technicians and engineers provide adequate support on site, with manuals and updated documentation, keeping the clients informed with the latest product information.
All maintenance and service information, manuals and software are available in English and Italian languages and soon will be also offered in the most common spoken languages. The machine’s documentation can be sent directly by email or downloaded from our website.
Field Support
If the service is carried out by a distributor or a digital printer manufacturer, they provide the first and second level of support but Tecnau is always available through a daily service HOT LINE SERVICE +39 0125 62 94 68. In case of critical circumstances or machine down situations, Tecnau gives priority attention and ensure its presence at site within 24 hour from the call. We suggest to our clients to keep spares parts in stock, but in case of emergency or urgent orders we ensure spare parts delivery within 24 hour from notification.
We maintain a complete record of our customer’s order history and product configuration files in order to ensure fast and accurate response to the customer’s request.
